The Studio consists of a spacious (32 m2) house with tiled
floor, built-in double bed, clothes cupboard, table chairs,
verandah and shower/toilet combo and a private 30m2 terrace.
It borders an unbuilt plot of land, with fruit an olive
trees, and a beitiful view towards the sea, which may be
utilised for future development.
It also offers a fully equipped kitchen with electric range
and fridge. Utensils, tableware and cutlery are supplied.
In addition, there is a separate toilet/shower combination
with hot water from an electrical boiler.
